Tampa – As requested by the Owner, KKCG provided ongoing management services to Solutions Inc. after the President and a number of key personnel abruptly left the company in November 2009. KKCG’s first task was to stabilize the company and its employees. Next was to ensure their clients that Solutions remained a viable company and their projects would be completed on time per the contract. All operations were brought to one central location in Tampa. Once existing contracts were successfully completed, KKCG assisted in helping to rebuild the staff and client base for future growth. |

Tampa – Keene Klimas Consultant Group worked directly with the Owner to provide management services for a large affordable housing company with over 9,000 apartments in 30 communities throughout Florida. KKCG conducted monthly regional managers’ meetings, providing leadership, goals and direction to improve performance of the communities. KKCG also provided management recommendations to improve financial reporting and analysis; redirected the use of reserves to improve cash flow; coordinated the redesign of the existing website to improve marketing exposure to potential residents; established attainable 2011 community budgets; evaluated key personnel and made recommendations to modify the existing benefits program, in an effort to reduce overhead; and assisted Owner in establishing new permanent leadership of Wilson Company. |
